heading to Zeballos
This is the stunning view from our back deck …. Such a
beautiful little cove !
We had a nice, leisurely morning …. Breakfast, kayaking
around Queen Cove, further planning our trip and freeing the stabilizer fins of
kelp – which involved Cam doing a little deep sea diving …. again !! All being good, we hauled anchor and headed
up Esperanza Inlet and Zeballos Inlet to the “town” of Zeballos.
Maladhide leading the pack, followed by Colibri then us .... heading up Zeballos Channel (or Inlet !) There's still SNOW on the mountains !!!
Zabellos is a VERY small, very quaint fishing town
with a population of about 150 very friendly people. We checked out the museum with all sorts of interesting local history .... we really have very fascinating history in this province !!
Then it was off to the restaurant for a delish Mexican (yes ... Mexican !!) dinner !!! Lots of fun !!!
Movies with popcorn on Malahide and off to bed .....
